Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be in resalable condition and in its original packaging. Trying an item on to check fit is expected and does not affect eligibility; use or damage beyond what's needed to try the item on may reduce the refund amount, assessed case by case upon inspection.
To start a return, request it from your account or order confirmation, or contact us at hello@anjalab.com, before sending anything back. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
Return shipping cost
Return shipping is your responsibility. Where we provide a prepaid return label for your order, a participation fee is deducted from your refund to cover part of the label cost: €5 for France, €7 for EU Zone 1, €10 for EU Zone 2.
If the return is due to an error on our part — wrong item sent, defective product, or damage not caused by you — return shipping is free and no fee is deducted.
Exchanges
Requesting a different size follows the same return process above; we'll confirm stock availability for the replacement before it's arranged.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund timing
Once your return is approved, we reimburse you within the statutory timetable following your return/withdrawal notification. Where legally permitted, we may defer reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or you have supplied proof that you have sent them back — whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
You'll receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@anjalab.com — we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
