Returns & Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@anjalab.com before sending any item back. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@anjalab.com.
