What size should I order?
ALBA fits true to size for most customers. Choose your usual EU size, or check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
ALBA suitable for wide feet?
ALBA is made with a soft stretch knit that feels more flexible than stiff flats. If you have very wide feet or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up or contacting us before ordering.
Does the slingback stay in place while walking?
Yes. The adjustable back strap keeps the shoe secure, while the stretch knit adapts to your foot shape. No slipping, no breaking-in period.
What is the knit made from?
Stretch polyester knit — lightweight, breathable, flexible. Adapts to your foot from the first wear. Anti-slip rubber outsole.
When will I receive my order?
France: free pickup-point delivery(2–4 business days).
EU: pickup is paid for 1 pair, free from 2 pairs(3–7 business days).
Home delivery is always paid, added at checkout. Shipped from France; a tracking link is sent by email on dispatch.
Can I return or exchange my order?

How should I care of my ALBA?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Air dry. Avoid the washing machine — it can damage the knit and the sole. The knit softens with wear; it's normal and intended.
